Strong orders from Nvidia and AMD for flip-chip (FC) substrates are expected drive sales of Nan Ya Printed Circuit Board (NPC) up 14-15% in the fourth quarter of 2007, according to industry sources. FC substrate orders from the two graphics card vendors were already driving NPC sales in the third quarter, and the strong demand is growing even stronger in the fourth quarter, the sources said.
