Qualcomm announced the introduction of three new 45nm single-chip solutions – QSC7230, QSC7830 and QSC7630 – that are designed to enable mass-market smartphones, in addition to making its first call on a 3G chip manufactured with 45 nm process technology at Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC). The QSC solutions are scheduled to sample in the fourth quarter of 2008. More here at Digitimes.
