OCZ has added “enhanced bandwidth” performance memory to its product lineup, which, according to the company, “increases effective memory bandwidth through the optimization of memory latencies between the system memory, the chipset, and memory controller.”

Compared to the regular DDR3-12800 (1600 MHz) modules, the “EB” versions feature 7-6-6-20 timings (on Asus motherboards) instead of 7-7-7-20. Pricing has not been announced, but should come in slightly above the range of current DDR3 enthusiast memory which current retails for about $200-$250 per GB, depending on clock speed.

1600mhz with 7-6-6-20 is pretty good... lastest ddr2 1066 modules gets 5-5-5-15 1200mhz gets 5-6-6-18 ... and ddr1 best was 550mhz 3-4-4-8... i wonder if ddr3 prices will drop to a lower priced point that ddr2 did... with 2gb 800mhz to 80$ we've seen some month ago

just for the record, im running corsair DDR1 at 2-3-3-6 latencies, pity the latencies go up as ram develops, hopefully the increased clock will negate the increased latencies.
