Los Angeles (CA) – Marketers are increasingly closing up virtual shops in Second Life, according to an article written by the Los Angeles Times. Virtual citizens of the online world seem to be uninterested in shopping and have often staged protests against the rapid commercialization of Linden, the name of Second Life’s virtual continent.
