With one of these phones, can I access my Skype account at any WiFi location (with the Wifi Key) ? Then use Skype at any hotspot? Even call normal phones with this (with the skype billing) ?

Yes, I have the SPH101 & it will do all that you mention.

I want it to do skype video as well, so u could go somewhere and "broadcast" live, QVGA would do as a start. Should be no prob @ wifi speeds even 3G is fast enough 400kb/s is all it takes.
