San Francisco (CA) - The buyer who bid nearly $10 million dollars for a replica of the famous General Lee from the Dukes of Hazard has disappeared.  John Schneider, the actor who played Bo Duke in the 1980s television series, put up the 1969 Dodge Charger to raise money for another movie and a vacation.  He now is contemplating legal action against the buyer.

An eBay user going by the name of Fishbashr1 bid $9,900,500 dollars for the car which would have made it the highest winning bid ever on eBay.  But the user hasn’t paid up and is now ignoring all messages from Schneider.

The actor now plans on putting the car on the auction block with a company that screens potential buyers.  He is also thinking about suing the bidder.

Of course, Schneider has left negative feedback about the user.
