I think this name would be worth about $1000 a letter. At least it would remind her of her poor decision each time she filled out a form requiring her "Full Name".

In order to prevent fraud, most jurisdictions (all US states that I am aware of) require a valid reason and a judge to approve a name change. See the case in Chicago where a judge prevented a man from changing his name to Peyton Manning after he lost a bet. This is not even a story because no judge will let her change it to anything interesting.
