Samsung reportedly ramps up NAND flash capacity again |

After seeing signs of a rebound in the NAND flash market recently, Samsung Electronics, which controls more than 40% of the market, is reportedly starting to switch capacity from DRAM back to NAND flash. Industry sources noted that Samsung started shifting some of its DRAM capacity to NAND flash from last week and they believe this transition may help stabilize DRAM prices. More here at DigiTimes.
