Sandisk released a revamped and upgraded version of the Sansa Clip MP3 player. Now with 8 GB capacity and 15 hours of battery life, and all packaged into a clip-on with a screen, the Sansa Clip is an optionfor those looking for something to exercise too.
Expected to hit stores in the U.S. in the week starting November 10, the Sansa Clip is expected to start selling for around $99.
The Sansa Clip comes with support for MP3, WMA, WAV and Audible audio book files, FM radio, recording and support for several music download and subscription services like Rhapsody and Napster. The device weighs about 0.9 ounces.
The rest of the Sansa Clip family remains in place: The 1 GB model is going for $39, the 2 GB for $59 and the 4 GB for $79. Varying colors are available for each variant, but the Clip only runs on computers running Windows XP or Vista.
