Fellow IC design houses are believed will see rebounding sales in November as LCD panel makers grow their supply to small- and medium-size panel device makers as peak demand for LCD monitors and notebooks subside, said industry watchers. Panel makers have resumed growing supply to digital photo frame makers recently as peak demand in the LCD monitor and notebook PC sectors subside, according to industry sources, who added that these digital photo frame makers are trying their best to boost production in order to catch up with the seasonal upturn.
