W00t! Get ready to place your pre-orders, because Logitech is offering a sleek Google TV set-top box dubbed the "Revue."
The compact, $300 plug-and-play device includes a sweet Keyboard Controller, with a TV Cam ($150) and Mini Controller ($130) also available for purchase.
"Logitech Revue with Google TV makes it easy for people to use just one controller to find and enjoy content from a variety of sources," explained Logitech VP Ashish Arora.
"[This includes] programs from TV providers; the entire Web, Flash-based games; music, photos and videos from their personal library; and a growing selection of apps."
So, what else can you do with the Revue?
Well, watching your favorite videos online on an HDTV is obviously just the start.
Simply pick up the controller, and type in anything you want to find. Watching the big game on live TV and want to know the latest stats on your favorite player? Just use the dual-view mode to see the stats on the Web while still watching the game.
Of course, a number of apps are also preloaded on the Logitech Revue, along with a Media Player that allows you to access personal content, such as photos, music files and videos stored on a USB drive or a DLNA-certified media server.
In addition, you can use the Logitech TV Cam to make and receive high-definition (720p) video calls on your HDTV.
The small device is equipped with a wide-angle lens that captures an entire living room, along with a 5x digital zoom which lets you get close and personal.
And last, but certainly not least, Logitech is offering a downloadable Harmony app for smartphones.
So, that means you can use the app on an iPhone, iPod Touch, iPad, or Android device to control your Google TV experience.
For example, with just one touch of the "Watch Google TV" button, the app can turn on your television, cable/satellite box and A/V receiver.
Meanwhile, an in-app keyboard and touch pad make it easy to search for things to watch - online or on TV - as well as navigate websites using gesture controls and voice searches.
