Graphics card shipments slow in October

  • Peak demand for graphics cards this year has ended, the Chinese-language Apple Daily cited Taiwan-based graphics card makers as indicating, reporting that the makers estimate to see slight shipment decreases on-month in October.

    Asustek Computer, Gigabyte Technology, Micro-Star International (MSI) enjoyed each record graphics card shipments in September, but are unlikely to beat individual September results during the fourth quarter, according to the paper.
