Chicago (IL) - A report on The Smoking Gun places a 14-yr old girl in Wauwatosa, WI charged with disorderly conduct for repeatedly text-messaging during her school class time. It's unclear why school officials felt the police had to get involved.
The un-named girl reportedly denied even having a phone on her person when questioned repeatedly by law enforcement officers. A female officer was then called on to perform a body search. She found the 14yr old girl's phone stufed down the back of her pants.
Her mother was reportedly upset when she was finally reached. The girl reportedly gave police officers several wrong phone numbers for her mother, each off by a digit or two.
Her court date is set for April 20.
