Revenue growth in the fabless semiconductor market slowed to 9 percent in the second quarter from 16 percent in the first quarter, according to a report released Tuesday. Second quarter revenue totaled $13.9 billion this year, a 4 percent quarter-over-quarter increase, according to the Global Semiconductor Alliance industry group.
