Fujitsu Microelectronics and Nanya Technology have announced that they have signed a patent license agreement containing licensing terms with financial arrangements to resolve patent disputes between the companies.Under the agreement signed on September 2, 2008, Fujitsu Microelectronics' parent company Fujitsu Limited will withdraw its request to have an injunction enforced against the import of Nanya's DRAM products into Japan and will terminate its legal proceedings against Nanya in the US.
