Atlanta (GA) – Georgia prosecutors will be filing additional charges against teenagers accused of filming the infamous YouTube ‘flying baby’ video. Now the district attorney will file charges of cruelty to child against the 16-year-old boy who filmed his friend jumping on a mattress and making a 9-month-old baby fly in the air. We initially reported on this heart wrenching story last week .
Initially the teenager who filmed the event wasn’t charged because prosecutors said he might not have known what was about to happen, but authorities have now found a second video featuring the same baby – of course this video would prove that the filmer did in fact know what his friend was going to do. Police executed a search warrant against the teenager and seized his computer for evidence.
